We knew Adam and Jillian’s wedding day would be relaxed and full of fun because that is what this couple is like every day! We got to know Adam and Jillian during college, forming friendships with them through our favorite campus ministry and church. The two could not be more in love with each other, and they made each other laugh all day long.

Jillian works for Chick-fil-a and they both love it, so much so that we did part of their engagement shoot in front of the downtown Athens restaurant, and Adam could not stop quietly singing “You my number one… with the lemonade” to Jillian during their portraits. During the toasts, Jillian’s sister even presented them with a bouquet made of Chick-fil-a nuggets – which was probably the first time anyone’s scored Chickfila on a Sunday.

More importantly, their wedding day was filled with Jesus and focused on the gospel. Adam stood up before the ceremony and gave a gospel message himself, making it clear that the most important thing to him and Jillian about that day was that Christ would be glorified through their union. Jenna’s mentor during college, Morgan, also sang a worship song during the ceremony, which was extra special for us because she sang in our wedding too!

We’re excited to see how the Lord is going to use Jillian and Adam to glorify Him and love their community through their marriage. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Tarver!
