Springtime in Georgia is an exciting time to have an engagement session – you never know if you’ll be wearing a turtleneck or a tank. Jordan and I had to reschedule TWICE because the weather was freezing cold and/or raining the first two times we tried to shoot. Her patience paid off, though, because when we finally got together last week it was a beautiful day and the flowers were finally blooming at the State Botanical Gardens in Athens!

I actually met Jordan as a child – our brothers were close friends and we often got dragged around by our families together. Jordan and Joel met in their high school culinary class and six years later they are engaged and still passionate about health and fitness. I had a lot of fun hanging out with them and Joel had us both laughing (and rolling our eyes) throughout the whole session. I know that their summer wedding is going to be so much fun!
