Jordan and Daniel’s engagement session was full of sunny, summery light, pretty flowers, genuine laughs, and soft kisses. Basically everything a photographer dreams of. 🙂
When I asked Jordan what ideas she had for her engagement session, she gave me two: one was the Thompson House, where they will have their wedding reception in December. I had never been there before, but it is so gorgeous! I’m so glad we got to shoot while everything was in bloom. Her other idea was Dirty Dancing – a classic movie that I confess to have never seen. Evan and I did a little extra work and research (aka watched the movie) and were stunned by how much Jordan looked like Baby! We had so much fun pulling ideas and poses from the movie to recreate. See how many you can find!
We shot the second half of the session at the IM Fields of UGA – a place full of memories for many UGA students, but especially for Jordan and Daniel. Daniel proposed to Jordan right on the pier where we got to see the most beautiful sunset at the end of our evening. A perfect ending to a perfect engagement shoot!
