Elizabeth and I met in college at the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. I believe God put her in my small group to bless me with the laughter, compassion, and baked goods that she provided so generously. I didn’t know Kyle in college, but I do remember when Elizabeth suddenly began hosting several “pancake paloozas” in her dorm room, a scheme to attract Kyle that ultimately worked 😉
Elizabeth and Kyle are both history buffs with a love for tradition. I’ve loved spending time with them together and seeing him embrace and balance out Elizabeth’s goofy side.
I was so excited to shoot their wedding in Savannah, GA and the day was every bit as beautiful as I always imagined a Savannah wedding would be. The spanish moss, oaks, and sunshine were a dream – and they were troopers as we dealt with the gnats and mosquitos that come with the territory. It’s been such a treat to work with this couple and their sweet families, and I’m honored to share some of my favorite images from the day!
